I know you''ll hate me for this...but this is soooooo cute!!!! AHHHHHH
It's not really abstract, however....
What are the dimensions of this painting? Did you use acrylic or oil or watercolour? I love the colour choice in this piece. I think that if you continue with art for the next few years, you'll become very good. I really mean that...I was forced to witness students in my high school art class. The work was horrendous, for the most part. That's why I am so happy when I see what you and asa do.
Thankyou so much! All my stuff is A4, because that's how big my scanner is and i don't like photographing. right now, i'm mostly using windsor&newton acrylic inks, so not paint per se. and you're right, it isn't really abstract, it was supposed to be when i started. where do you think it should go?
not sure about cute though... cute how?

I hate taking photographs of my work...and I don't have the luxury of scanning them, as they are FAR too big.
I don't think your painting should go anywhere....unless it's absolutely necessary to make it an abstract piece. I mean, there ARE abstract elements to it....but it has representational objects, which goes against the idea of it being completely abstract.
I dunno. I was in a weird mood yesterday. I just fell in love with all the art I was looking at.
Greeeen. I like the wings. It looks like he's (or she's or it's) gonna get squashed by the moon, which I pressume is in the right corner. I like the texture and lines and what not. (:

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
